Refund and Returns Policy

If a product fails to meet the stated COA specification, we will replace or refund the full purchase. No restocking fees. Because peptides are sealed laboratory reagents, we cannot accept returns of opened vials except for a verified quality defect. Sealed unopened vials may be returned within 14 days for store credit. Email support@helixgenlabs.com within 30 days of delivery with order number and lot ID for defective product claims.
